Waddell Investment Group LLC is a real estate investment company that works directly with property owners who are considering selling. Depending on the transaction, we may purchase a property ourselves or assign our purchase agreement to another buyer; the written agreement for any transaction states how it will work. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not represent you. Information on this site is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. You are welcome to consult your own advisors before any transaction.

No offer or obligation

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create an offer, contract or obligation for either party. Any purchase happens only under a written agreement signed by both parties, and closings are handled by an independent title company, closing attorney or escrow agent.

Text messaging program
