Waddell Investment Group LLC is a privately held real estate investment company. We work directly with property owners across the United States who are considering selling vacant land or other real estate.
We believe selling property should be understandable. That means doing careful research before we make an offer, explaining our reasoning in plain language, and handling every closing through an independent title company or closing attorney.
