We research it carefully
We review ownership records, access, zoning, utilities, flood zones and nearby sales so our conversation is grounded in facts.
We talk and share an offer
A real person follows up to answer questions. If we see a potential fit, we provide a written offer and explain it.
Closing, handled properly
You're never obligated to accept an offer. If you do, an independent title company or closing attorney manages title review, documents and the transfer.
